Learning Objectives:
- How to interlink different tools used in Sandwell including GCP2 to determine effective interventions
- To understand the impact of cumulative harm on children and young people’s health and development
- To consider family and environmental factors, which may affect a child and parenting capacity
- To understand the barriers to recognition of and response to neglect
- Managing difficult conversations
- To consider effective interventions
- To understand how to measure the impact of interventions
- To become familiar with the escalation process
