This is a half day IT based course for delegates that require both basic and advanced training on the Early Help Module.
The training will consist of:
- How to navigate around the Early Help Module
- How to create a child/young person with siblings
- Add a professional in the involvements section
- What is the Difference between an open and closed episode
- Who is the Lead Professional on a case
- Attached documents and restrict documents
- How to create an Early Help Assessment
- How to record case notes
- Organise & Create TAF Meetings and visits
- Update consent statement when you become lead professional
- Closure process
Parking is available on nearby road or pay and display on Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council, West Bromwich Street, Oldbury B69 3AG (8 mins walk to the venue).
