Terms & Conditions: Cancellation and Non-Attendance
- The charge for non-attendance will be £30 per delegate per day for non-attendance/late cancellation on training.
- Cancellations are to be made via your online account at least five working days in advance of a course to ensure you are not charged a non-attendance fee, unless you can arrange for another representative from your service area to attend in your place.
- If for any reasons you cannot access the system, please email email@example.com or call 0121 569 4800.
- It is assumed that delegates are informing their manager of their training booking upon reservation.
Lunch/ Car Parking
Refreshments are not provided on training courses.
At Coneygre there is no canteen to buy food, please ensure you take your own lunch along for full day courses.
At Roway Lane, there is also no canteen to buy food. Car park is limited so we would suggest that you park at Oldbury Council House car park. There is then a 5-10 walk to the venue.
All evaluations are now electronic, you will need to complete this in your booking history on the training booking system. You will be given time at the end of the training to do this. This will provide an indication of your knowledge and demonstrate how useful this course has been and how this will impact on your practice. You will also be contacted in approximately 3 months to give feedback on how you have implemented the learning from the training. Your manager may also be contacted to gain their view on how your practice has improved and what impact it has made to your service as a consequence of attending this training.
