Reducing Parental Conflict Level 2 - toolkit training

The Level 2 Toolkit Training uses the learning gained at the Level One sessions, and introduces a toolkit which will help open up conversations between professionals and parents or carers about their relationships. 

These tools will accentuate your skill set, and can be tailored to suit the family in front of you in order to try and prevent parental conflict, and start a families journey towards a brighter and happier future for them and their children.

There will be time at the end of the sessions to bring to the training real life cases which, as a professional you are struggling with. The facilitator will open up discussions around these cases so delegates can leave with a pro active plan which can be put into fruition with confidence.

Delegates will be given a printed handbook which can be used to plan sessions, and will also be offered some videos which will allow them to challenge in an appropriate manner families, which will motivate them towards change."

The F2F training will be taken by the most experienced trainer in this field, who was recently awarded a National Facilitators Awards for making an impact in the parental conflict arena.
